Motivation – you get the weight that you are able to carry

Everything that happens to us has a purpose, it happens at the right time. We receive as much as we are ready to receive, what we are able to carry. If our lives seem extremely difficult, hard, let us think about how strong we are if we are faced with such a challenge.

When you go for a workout, are you interested in easy-to-do exercises that are not demanding, do not cause you pain, do not make you sweat? Do you want to maintain the current state?
Or maybe when going to the gym you want to face your own endurance, strength, you want to feel weight, effort, you want to douse yourself with sweat, you expect muscle growth? Isn’t the same motive that drives life?

When you approach the device, you repeat to yourself – “I can do it!”, “who, if not me”…

Why are great athletes often also great businessmen? That’s why. They have the right attitude, motivation to act, they see victory in front of them. They know that success depends on them. They believe in their abilities. They work hard to get a satisfactory result.

Let us love ourselves, let us believe in ourselves, let us work for ourselves.

I am important, I am strong, I am a successful person, I achieve goals, I fulfill dreams, I love myself, I accept myself fully, I deserve the best.

We create our own paths. Every thing we do matters. What happens in our thoughts is initiated outward through our actions. Let us not allow fear and doubt. Only good things are to happen in our thoughts. Absolutely good, for us first of all, but also for the environment (we do not harm).

It is in our nature to love another person. We look forward to her, we fall in love, we try for her. It is so that we love ourselves and others. One must learn to fully love and accept oneself, and then the others.

Will a person with complexes be an ideal partner, friend? She may be too intrusive, too caring, she can also look for complexes in others (perhaps wanting to comfort herself in this way, feel better). It is a fully understanding, accepting, self-loving person who will manifest the same feelings towards others.

There are two feelings – love and fear.

Fear leads to negative behaviors, events. Love – to the positive.

Let’s love.

Let us evoke with thoughts, habits, behaviors these good things, phenomena. What are our dreams? The most important thing is love, right? I love and I am loved! Happiness? I am happy! Wisdom? I am smart!

Wisdom is gained through experiencing and drawing conclusions. Let us accept EVERY situation that happens to us – it is to give us wisdom, knowledge, awareness.

Let’s write down our goals, dreams. Let’s visualize a beautiful way to achieve them. Let’s smell smells, look at outlines, colors, think about our emotions accompanying us on this path… Applause, tears of happiness, warmth of people hugging us, falling rays of the sun, someone saying “you deserve it, you are worth it!”…

Let us live our dreams and we will see them in the real world 🙂
