Hypothermia is a state of lowering the human body temperature below the assumed value of 35 °C. This temperature should be measured inside the body. Hypothermia is observed when the heat lost by the body exceeds its amount produced through the metabolic process. The state of hypothermia makes life processes slower. Chilled organs function less effectively or turn off.
Hypothermia is associated primarily with the effect of cooling down by staying in the cold for a long time. However, this is only one of the reasons. A decrease in body temperature can also occur due to a decrease in yang energy (excess yin).
What causes energy drops
– diet focused in a significant predominance on cooling products,
– lack of sports,
– strong, long-term stress,
– negative atmosphere around,
– shock, violent negative reaction,
– low pressure,
– excess salty,
– excess darkness,
– weakened mental condition – depression, worrying, pessimism,
– lack of acceptance,
– cellular memory, e.g. after events from previous generations.
The female energy of yin in excess makes hypothermia easier. Yin is characterized by cold, dark color, low voice, weak breathing, weak pulse.
How to get out of hypothermia
To get out of the state of hypothermia, a greater amount of yang energy is needed – warm, joyful, sonorous. Therefore, chilled, slower-acting, less regenerating organs need to be warmed. Both heating through the use of a hot water bottle, staying in a warm place, but also warming with love, joy, optimism, a sense of security and inner peace.
