How to recognize souls from our soul group

Thanks to Michael Newton, who studied souls through hypnotic regressions, and other researchers, we can gain greater awareness of our existence and the experiences we face. One very interesting thread is the soul group.

Each soul belongs to a group in which there is a similar level of advancement. Group members support each other through different incarnations. However, they have different roles for each other. Souls exchange roles in subsequent incarnations. They are to motivate each other to grow, help each other, be teachers for each other.

How to recognize souls from the same group in our earthly life

Souls recognize each other on an energetic and emotional level. According to Newton’s research, souls in soul groups are closely connected through shared experiences and energy vibrations.

A soul recognizes another soul from its soul group by:

  • a unique energy vibration – each soul has a distinctive “energy signature” that is unique and immediately recognizable to other souls in the group;
  • a deep sense of connection – meeting a soul from the same group evokes feelings of closeness, familiarity, or comfort, even if they have only just met in their current life;
  • shared emotions and memories – in a state of hypnotic regression, souls often recall shared experiences from past incarnations that strengthen their bond;
  • a telepathic connection – souls can communicate in an instantaneous and understanding way that goes beyond the limitations of human communication;
  • roles in life – in earthly incarnations, souls from the same group often play important roles in their lives, such as close friends, family members or partners.

Newton’s research suggests that such recognition occurs automatically on a spiritual level, regardless of the consciousness of the person in a given incarnation.

Other ways to recognize a soul in our group are:

  • eyes (“mirror of the soul”) – the eyes are often referred to as the most recognizable feature. Even if the person looks different in a given incarnation, the soul’s energy can be felt in the gaze;
  • strong intuition or deja vu – when meeting someone in the soul group, there may be an intense feeling of “I know this before” or an intuitive conviction that this person is important to us;
  • instant harmony or contrast – souls in the soul group can immediately create a sense of harmony or, paradoxically, evoke strong emotions (both positive and negative) because they are involved in our spiritual lessons;
  • memory of a common purpose – souls in the soul group often share a common mission, and their meeting can remind them of their life purpose or the spiritual path they have chosen;
  • shared dreams or visions – sometimes souls communicate on a subconscious level through dreams or visions, which can indicate previous shared experiences;
  • energetic magnetism – a meeting of a soul with groups can cause a feeling of magnetic attraction, even if life circumstances contradict this;
  • specific character traits – recognition can occur through familiar personality traits that are constant and repeat themselves in different incarnations (e.g. a specific sense of humor, manner of speaking, gestures);
  • emotional resonance – contact with a soul from the group can cause strong emotions, such as sudden joy, emotion, or even tears, for no apparent reason;
  • memories from hypnotic regression – in a state of hypnotic regression or meditation, individuals can recall specific moments from past incarnations that indicate a connection with a given soul;
  • special “signs” in life – soul meetings can be preceded or surrounded by synchronicities (e.g. symbols, numbers, events that have a deep, personal meaning).
