Saint Germain, in the book “On Alchemy – Formulas for Self-Transformation”, presents an exercise whose aim is to develop the individual in the spiritual sphere, directing him to creation. Creation is a divine element that each of us has within us. We can think – we can lower the vibration of thoughts to transform them into material things. In this exercise, we create a cloud. This cloud will have great significance in our lives.

How to create a cloud?
Let us create a cloud of the enormous power of God, stored in every point of space and waiting for our call. The power of visualization is the most important thing in our invocation. So let us first create a milky white brightness in our minds as the electronic vibratory action of resonating, moving, indescribable light. The concentration of this light, which we call its density, is what gives it its milky white color. If this cloud were thinner, we would be able to see through it as if the surroundings were shrouded in fog.
Then, after creating this form of bright, transparent cloud in our minds, we allow it to envelop our physical bodies and take its place in our electromagnetic field. For a moment we will feel lost in the cloud, but soon it will seem as if it was always around us. Its atmosphere will be familiar and comfortable.
Let the dimension of the diameter of this bright and shining cloud be first nine feet (9 feet is 274.32 cm), and then nine hundred feet and more.
In our initial meditation we will focus on strengthening the white light action in our minds. From here we will move this action to a nine foot range around our physical form. As we deepen our own feeling of this cloud enveloping our physical body, we will understand that although this cloud can be made visible to physical sight, our primary task and concern is to maintain its high vibrational action at a purely spiritual level.
Those who know electronics and the operation of a rheostat will understand that by simply turning the knob on the consciousness switchboard we can intensify the vibrational action of the cloud. In this case, we will gather more light around each central point of light, because our cloud is composed of many points of light whose auras detach and attach to each other, creating the final effect of a lacy and at the same time very concentrated white radiation, a pure vibrating cloud of cosmic energy.
What is this massive cloud that we have created (this field of vibrating energy) and why did we create it?
A more accurate word than creation would be “attraction”, because we attract what is already present in space everywhere. We amplify the intense action of light from within its own field, making it stronger than it would normally be in a given space. Therefore, let us reach into the universal reservoir of God’s power (Source) to create this cloud that first penetrates and then sanctifies the field closest to us, so that we can have a spiritual altar on which we will be able to offer the image of the reality we want to create.
The cloud is a spiritual altar on which we will visualize what is to be created.
This cloud can be used therapeutically for healing. It can be used as an invocation platform, as Christ did on the Mount of Transfiguration, to invoke the presence of the Ascended Masters. In this way, we can contact Spirit Guides to help us on our life path.
In case we are not yet aware of what we should create for ourselves and others, we can timidly and gently, like a child, ask God (Source) to create from the huge reservoir of His light energy a miracle of healing love not only in our lives, but also in the lives of people around us, or millions of people around the world.
We can ask for the power of God (Source) to appear on earth. We can ask for a golden age to be born, for an end to struggle, fighting, all negation and hatred. We can ask for love or for goods that can help human existence.
However, intentions should be approached with common sense, without exaggeration. We are dealing with a sacred creative power that must be respected. It is best to ask the Masters, the Spirit Guides, to lend us their ideas – not necessarily defining them or imparting them to our conscious mind – rather than transgressing the norms of the higher law.
Ascended Masters are not only mentally sound and highly organized, but also endowed with the highest degree of depth and godliness. It is therefore important that we become like them. Above all, let us not be carried away by pride or exalting ourselves above others.
Spiritual growth
As we gain spiritual power through periods of cloud meditation (which may initially last about 15 minutes a day), let us try to understand that the creative cloud, dispersed in response to our fiat (fiat – command, authority) at the end of the creative ceremony, will still be infinitely spreading through the universe, as a ball of clear white fire swirling through the expanding spheres of space to touch all that is true and is truly ours.
This cloud, as a manifestation of the power of creative energy, the fire of our Spirit, will attract the consciousness of God Himself (Source) to our world. This cloud will sanctify all space in which it is scattered.
Christ was able to perform the miracles recorded in the Gospels and much more because before he was able to perform them, he mastered the correct use of energy. He called this sacred Spirit energy “Father” and indeed the father is the Spirit of all creation.
The Father is all-loving, all-knowing, and all-powerful, and he will make us all that he is.
Once we have formulated the vision of the cloud and communicated it to our Higher Self (superconscious) (to solidify it) and our Divine Self – the Divine Self will sustain this cloud for the required time. In the future, we will discover that the cloud’s radiation will gently color our physical body, and while this process takes place, we will feel that our mind has sharpened and we have gained in our consciousness a new sense of omni-awareness of life.
Cloud creation practice
By practicing the cloud creation exercise by harmonizing with the creative power of the universe and thereby becoming co-creator with God, we will achieve a sense of being unabsorbed in the affairs of the world, as if we were merely observers of what is happening around us. This will happen when you allow yourself to automatically flow into the great creative force of the Macrocosm.
The experience in which one’s consciousness flows into the greater consciousness of God is what is known as “ascending the mountain.” It is called the mountaintop experience because through it one discovers the peak of one’s being, the place where the lower self marries the Higher Self and Matter unites with Spirit.
Warnings
When practicing cloud creation, one must maintain a pure consciousness, filled with love, aware of the infinite potential of the cosmic mind of God, and completely identified with all constructive activity. If there is an element of hatred or even just dislike towards anyone, or there is an intention to stem the current of the cosmic plan, such action will undoubtedly result in a karmic situation that is highly unfavorable for the one who has allowed himself to abuse such energy.
All evil always returns to the one who did it in the end.
One should not condemn those whose concepts are narrow and limited, but only imitate those who have acquired a higher and broader understanding.
You shouldn’t be envious.
Practice makes perfect, motive transforms intention, and beauty transforms the soul.
Visualization exercise
Visualization is important in the creative process because coordinating it with the creative cloud by layering one on top of the other creates the miracle of revelation.
If we want to look young, we must visualize ourselves looking young. If we want more life energy, we must visualize ourselves as already having this vitality – energy bursting our muscles, vital thoughts bubbling in our mind, brimming with the sounds of life, light and love. We must feel and know that the energies of God (Source) flow through the tips of our fingers and toes, emanating into space the glow of gushing health and transforming our face.
When using this exercise, without any additional effort on our part, a beneficial effect will be produced on those with whom we come into contact.

When the fiat “Create!” sounded, it was a signal of the gift of freedom from God (Source) to man. Therefore, man should have the freedom to create. He should be free to create without condemnation. To ensure man’s freedom from the conflicting thoughts of other individuals, his mind patterns must become sensitive to and strengthened by the thoughts of God (Source), and there must be breaks during the day when, apart from cloud formation, man harmonizes with the mind of God (Source) and drinks the scent of his existence.
This brings man closer to God (Source) and allows him to fulfill the age-old call: “Create!” and “Rule!”
By applying the above, God (Source) will allow us to be transformed, as written in 2 Corinthians 3:18: “increasingly shining, being conformed to His image.”
