Metaphysical energy – let’s take care of our well-being

Metaphysical energy is also known by the terms spirit, prana, essence, chi. It is invisible, immeasurable, indeterminate. It is recognized by the well-being, atmosphere, aura in a given environment and can be perceived in different ways depending on the individual. For example, not everyone feels good in a particular place, and not everyone feels good around a particular person.

Energy neutrality

Energy is neutral – it is not good or bad. It may or may not be right for us. Inadequate energy awakens in us stress, nervousness, stagnation. Everything that exists is interconnected, so it is impossible to completely escape from the influence of inconvenient energy. However, we can work on it, change it. Energy can be purified, and thus harmony and balance can be restored. At the same time, we should focus this process on ourself, nurturing energy in ourself and in our immediate environment.

Energy variability

Energy is changing, constantly penetrating through us, affecting us. Systematic work on energy allows you to control it. Grounding – getting rid of toxins and energy inappropriate for us, allows you to maintain a positive attitude and ease of coexistence and freedom of action.

Grounding unnecessary energy

Grounding can be practiced in different ways. The most effective is to connect with nature – going out to the park, forest, walking barefoot, connecting to the ground and letting energy go down through your feet. You can burn excessive, inappropriate energy for us in the fire, you can shake it into the air. Intention is important, imagination is helpful. We can imagine toxins flowing from the head, through the feet to the ground, we can imagine burning energy in a bonfire or in a candle fire. We can also have the intention of pulling off, washing off toxins while bathing. We can also use incense as an adjunct. Any effective method will be appropriate, as long as we do not harm ourselves and others.

Individual energy supply

Energy balance is extremely important because it is responsible for mental and physical health. It is worth listening to ourself, our own body and needs, identify them and take care of them. It is worth looking for places, passions, people, books that affect us positively, feed us with warmth, joy, positive energy, motivation. Energy balance is a guarantee of well-being.
