In affirmations, it is necessary to remember about the proper creation of sentences. We do not use denials, but we create a state that we intend to achieve.

For example, it will be wrong:
“I do not want to be sick” – when the words “I want”, “sick”, which are key here, are used, the vision of desire and illness is allowed.

The correct sentence should be – “I am healthy” – then the keywords are “I am” and “healthy”.
This is how we program having health.

You should also use completed time. The state is already underway! In this way, it will be realized faster. What is in our heads, our thoughts, is transferred to the actual state, if we believe it deeply.
