Cooling products – what lowers the metabolism

Consumption of excess cooling products makes the human metabolism weaken. This causes the digestive process to slow down. In the selection of the diet, the right proportions of ingredients should be maintained. People with a slow metabolism should include more warming products in their diet, while people with accelerated metabolism – increase the amount of cooling products.

The way the product is processed is of great importance, e.g. beet or cabbage have cooling properties, but the juice of sauerkraut / sauerkraut – warms up the body, adds energy.
