90 Days

On July 29, a period of exactly 90 days of wild intensity in my life – came to an end. I felt calm within myself, yet I did not feel any inner uplift or excitement. Instead, I was physically overwhelmed.

Two people had a strong impact on my energy – they drained it. I took breaks from work to go to the park, ground myself, and regain strength. I also took sea salt baths and meditated. I was certain of a positive outcome, yet despite that, I felt my vitality declining.

Over those 90 days, I changed a great deal. I entered a new stage of life. It turned out to be true that at the so-called “Christ age”, meaning 33, key changes often take place. In my case, it involved publishing a book and fulfilling my dream of stability.

I felt that these 90 heavy days were a raw transition from one stage of life to another. Certain matters needed to be resolved, lessons needed to be drawn, and many interconnected issues needed to be brought to an end. Interestingly, at the same time, many things also appeared that needed to be replaced – very personal things. As if it were meant to be a thorough new beginning. From scratch.

Slowly, I am beginning to realize how much has changed during this time. Caught up in work and absorbed by situations that needed clarification and resolution, I did not have a moment to focus on what is truly happening now.

It has now been five and a half years since the initiation of my spiritual awakening. My life has changed enormously – very positively and in ways that have brought great growth. My goals are coming to fruition. I feel certain within myself. I am becoming increasingly resilient to negative influences. I am aware of how to deal with burdens. I see challenges as lessons – an opportunity for growth and for seeing things from a different perspective.

I am happy. Now that my two most important goals have been achieved, I can finally focus more on other matters. And I think that is precisely why this realization came now: because now is the right moment for my focus – and therefore the energy of my thoughts – to direct itself toward the next plan.
