Kundalini energy can awaken spontaneously, or it can be awakened consciously. Regardless of how it is activated, the observed symptoms do not differ from each other.
What is Kundalini
Kundalini is a Sanskrit word meaning “soul power”. In some spiritual traditions, the kundalini is considered a powerful energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine. It is believed that through appropriate spiritual practices, such as meditation and yoga, one can “awaken” this energy and use it to achieve spiritual enlightenment. In some belief systems, kundalini is also seen as a symbol of transformation and change, and its awakening can be considered an important step on the path to spiritual development.
